BIOGRAPHY
Brian Michael Bell was born in Columbus, Ohio and currently lives and works in the New York City Metropolitan area. He received a degree in visual communications with a focus on multimedia design from Bowling Green State University as well as studying at the School of Visual Arts graphic design program. He is also a recent graduate from Rutgers University Master of Library and Information program. His background is expansive, having worked in graphic design, art research, curating, and reference librarianship. Perhaps best known for his fine art collages, he also works in a variety of other mediums including photography, painting, sculpture, works on paper, and digital media. His work has been exhibited throughout the NYC area and on the West Coast.
